These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ValorGPT website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your region.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You will provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

Breaking the law, infringing intellectual property, or violating privacy rights.
Generating or disseminating content that is illegal, exploitative, or hateful.
Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or impair the Service or its security.
Automating access in a way that burdens our infrastructure without permission.

4. AI Output and Safety Disclosures

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Use your own judgment.
No professional advice: outputs are not medical, legal, or financial advice.
Human review is recommended for sensitive or safety-critical use cases.
You are responsible for how you use or share generated content.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display it for operating and improving the Service. The Service, including our trademarks, UI, and models, is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payments, Credits, and Trials

If you purchase features or credits, you agree to the posted pricing and billing terms. Credits and trials may expire or be changed at our discretion. Taxes may apply based on your location.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits).

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND LIMIT OUR LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ValorGPT and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ValorGPT is organized, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court where permitted. You and ValorGPT waive class actions.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
