Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ValorGPT collects and uses information when you use our website, AI chat workspace, saved conversations, prompt and persona vault, uploads, sharing features, billing flows, and related services.

1. Who we are

ValorGPT, together with its owner, operators, affiliates, and service providers, provides a multi-model AI workspace for drafting, research, model comparison, prompt reuse, file-assisted chat, image generation, saved sessions, exports, and related productivity workflows. In this Policy, "ValorGPT", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Service.

For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

2. Information we collect

  • Account and profile data: email address, username, authentication identifiers, profile settings, preferences, and account status.
  • User content: prompts, messages, model outputs, uploaded files, images, attachments, generated media, saved prompts, personas, vault items, shared links, exports, feedback, and other content you choose to provide.
  • Usage and device data: pages viewed, features used, model selections, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, browser, device, operating system, referrer, logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
  • Billing data: subscription, credit, checkout, invoice, tax, and payment status information. Payment card details are processed by our payment processor and are not stored directly by ValorGPT.
  • Security data: abuse signals, rate-limit events, fraud-prevention checks, account-access records, and other information needed to protect the Service.
  • Communications: support requests, emails, feedback, survey responses, and messages you send to us.
  • Cookies and local storage: essential authentication cookies, session storage, theme and preference storage, analytics identifiers, and similar technologies.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, secure, debug, and improve ValorGPT.
  • Route your prompts, files, and selected settings to the AI model, search, image, storage, and infrastructure providers needed to produce responses.
  • Save conversations, vault items, model preferences, generated media, exports, and other workflow state when you choose to use those features.
  • Authenticate accounts, process subscriptions or credits, and provide support.
  • Detect abuse, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud, protect users, and protect the security and reliability of the Service.
  • Measure product usage, diagnose performance problems, improve interface quality, and understand which features are useful.
  • Send service messages, policy updates, security notices, billing notices, and optional product communications.
  • Comply with law, preserve legal rights, respond to lawful requests, and maintain business records.

4. AI processing and third-party model providers

ValorGPT is a workspace that can route your content to third-party AI model, inference, search, image-generation, moderation, and infrastructure providers. The providers used may change over time and may include providers selected directly by the model or feature you choose.

Your prompts, uploads, files, images, settings, and conversation context may be sent to those providers to generate outputs, enforce safety rules, detect abuse, operate the Service, or troubleshoot errors. Their processing may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, retention practices, and enterprise/API data policies.

ValorGPT does not currently train its own foundation model on your private chat content. We may use aggregated, de-identified, or diagnostic information to improve product quality. Do not submit secrets, regulated data, payment card numbers, protected health information, or highly sensitive personal information unless you are certain the feature is appropriate for that data.

5. How we share information

  • Service providers: hosting, database, authentication, analytics, payments, storage, email, support, security, fraud prevention, AI model, search, and infrastructure vendors that help operate ValorGPT.
  • Payment processors: payment and billing providers, such as Stripe, to process purchases, taxes, invoices, disputes, refunds, and fraud checks.
  • Public or shared features: information you publish, share through links, or make public in a vault, persona, prompt, model, or shared-conversation feature may be available to others.
  • Legal and safety reasons: courts, regulators, law enforcement, industry partners, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law, needed to enforce our Terms, needed to protect rights and safety, or needed to prevent fraud, abuse, or security harm.
  • Business transfers: a buyer, investor, lender, successor, or adviser in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
  • With your direction: third parties you connect to, export to, or otherwise ask us to interact with.

We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of exchanging it for money. Some analytics or advertising laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly; where those laws apply, you may have opt-out rights.

6. Cookies, analytics, and local storage

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, secure sessions, remember theme and product preferences, support chat state, and operate core features. We may also use analytics tools, including Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics, to understand aggregate usage, performance, referrers, and feature adoption.

Browser settings can limit or block some cookies, but disabling essential storage may prevent the Service from working correctly. Where required, we provide controls for non-essential analytics and preference cookies.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain your account, preserve saved conversations and vault items, process billing, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and protect security. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, your settings, legal requirements, and the operational reason for keeping it.

If you delete conversations, files, vault items, or your account, we will take reasonable steps to remove or de-identify that information from active systems, subject to backup cycles, legal holds, payment and tax record requirements, security logs, abuse-prevention records, and information already processed by third-party providers.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, California, or other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain analytics, marketing, targeted advertising, sale, or sharing.

To exercise rights, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may also have the right to appeal our decision or complain to your local privacy regulator.

9. Legal bases for EEA, UK, and Swiss users

Where European privacy law applies, we process personal data based on contract necessity to provide the Service, legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, consent where required for optional cookies or marketing, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of vital interests where needed to address serious safety risks.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, authentication controls, monitoring, and least-privilege practices. No online service is completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting your sign-in method, and keeping sensitive information out of prompts unless the use case requires it.

11. Children

ValorGPT is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

12. International transfers

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual protections, data processing terms, and transfer mechanisms recognized by applicable law.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service, providers, laws, or business practices change. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights or how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice where required.
